Anne Lindner

I am a self-employed artist since 2009. In my artistic practice, I am interested in the subtleties of social interactions and the analysis of the subconscious. Especially since my children became teenagers, many mysteries have arisen for me. I use installation, painting and photography to visually describe complex interpersonal experiences. Seemingly simple encounters also require deep reflection. My installations and photographs contrast with my more colorful paintings, which are striking at first glance. They only reveal their subtleties upon closer inspection. Formal and compositional rigor contrast with playful lightness and openness. Block-like condensations meet subtly placed lines and flowing colors. It is
precisely the ruptures in the image that draw the viewer's attention to the central emotional message of the subconscious.

I am used to give workshops for young people and adults, but all education levels are welcome. I'm fluent in English, German (mother tongue), French and Luxembourgish (mother tongue). I'm rather flexible concerning working hours and work places. I have already worked in England, Germany and Belgium and all over Luxembourg. For further information, you may also consult my web page.
